Back in 2012 I wrote an article on why Chiptune Music is super cool. Of course if you are somebody with a working set of ears and a love for nostalgic 8-bit game consoles, then you probably already know why chiptune music is awesome and got stuck into the tunes I gave as examples. Recently, I did a presentation as part of my University coursework on chiptune and its evolution, so I really got back into the genre as a whole. I even went as far as to buy myself an LSDJ cartridge and try and construct my own chiptunes, which has proved unsuccessful, because it is an incredibly difficult process to wrap your head around. Anyway, I'm here to share some more tracks with you, and this time around I decided to share what I consider to be some of the most upbeat, happiest jams that the chiptune community has to offer.
