GAME's Road To Redemption (Keldeo Event - Pokémon Black and White)

Oh, GAME. What a bumbling shit cake of a video game retailer. Gone are the days of selling off Atari Jaguar's off for ten quid. Nowadays it is all about fleecing kids with crap trade-in offers and employing people who claim to know everything about games but seem to have no idea what a Dreamcast is. Gamestation, once GAME's rival and a great source for second hand games from older systems, is now owned by GAME and has become a carbon copy of GAME's generic store layout and both chains nearly went bust this year before being bought out for one pound. Although I don't really care for GAME so much, having them around is still better than buying games via DLC.

But GAME have redeemed themselves slightly as today my local game allowed me to get the elusive event Pokémon Keldeo on my Pokémon White cartridge. This event is available at every GAME store in the UK from the 1st of September to the 11th of October, ready for the Europe release of Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 on October the 12th. If you get Keldeo through this event, you can then teach it the special move 'Secret Sword' in-game (for more info, check Serebii), which allows Keldeo to transform in to its 'resolute form' when it is transferred to Black 2 and White 2. All you need to do is go in to your local GAME store accompanied with your Nintendo DS or 3DS (or DSi, if Nintendo managed to con you out of your money with that one) and a copy of Pokémon Black or White version. Just ask one of the people at the counter about the event and they will whip out a special DS with a special cartridge that Nintendo gave them for the event and they will transfer Keldeo to you in a jiffy via mystery gift. Just for jokes, try striking up a conversation about Pokémon and mention that you still own a Game Boy Color. Reaction? Not a clue... Not a clue.
